Rockuman Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 Yeah, I'm new here... how's everbody doing? Anybody else here program in "Qbasic"? If so, what have you made? Were you good at it? And if nobody here's used it, well.......... oh.
Warp Spider Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 I used to program in QBasic... when I was 10. I made mostly games and stuff. If you're serious about programming though, I'd try C++ or Java, they are much cooler. (in my opinion) Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
Rockuman Posted September 9, 2003 Author Posted September 9, 2003 Yeah, I'll most likely move on to one of those languages later... I tried learning them, but my brain and them just don't seem to wanna "click". At this point, I just program in QBasic for fun, I'll probably still be using it when I move on to C++. This was probably a strange question to ask at a Martial Arts message board though...
AUSSIE Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 One of my mates in highschool introduced me to Qbasic in my early teens. I was obsessed with the damn thing for about a year. I used to spend hours sitting there on my old computer making all these games and questionares that I would get my sisters and mom to use. I would fill it with heaps of profanity and stuff that really offended people. It was awesome.
SBN Doug Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 This was probably a strange question to ask at a Martial Arts message board though... Nope, that's what the "General" forum is for. Kuk Sool Won - 4th danEvil triumphs when good men do nothing.
