Nope --- they are a hybrid from all over.

 

I know DX does a soft style -- but that is all I know.

 

John Su does hard and soft

 

Casey Marks does hard (japanese/okinawan)

 

and I am sure they have some Korean stylists on the team

i saw the night show at the dimonds, the mens forms were awsome!!! DX also did a form with some chain weapon (i forget the name) i even got it on tape!!

Thats why they call it 'sport' martial arts and separate the divisions from the traditionalists :)

 

I saw DX at the bluegrass -- I believe he did the same for...it was awesome! He also did a bo form --- most impressive!

precisesly why they call the two devisions differently, sport ma are for the ppl who like gymastics, traditional are for those who want the practical side of it.

I think the traditional looks more like a sport than the 'sport' one. Anyway I don't mind seeing it....I was just making the comment that it really isn't ma.
Interesting comment --- why do you feel that way? I mean...how do you define sport?

I was lucky to see Gerald Dawson...he is a very close friend of my master not to mention a very nice person.

 

He fights for Paul Mitchell, very big guy, about 200-300 pounds...
