It depends on the technique. Front kicks are equal on both sides. Right leg roundhouse, right leg side kicks, and left leg spin kicks (for some odd reason ..... I'm a righty).

 

Jointlocks are equal.

 

Grappling: usually the right side for armbars, ect. Chokes: right side. Takedowns: both sides equal. Throws: right side.

 

Hand techniques: my punches stink period LOL. Ridge hands, knife hand strikes, blocks, ect are all stronger on my right (I break with my right hand for that reason).

 

I do try to practice more with my weak side more, but sometimes it just doesn't wanna work LOL.

Kinda funny, I'm a lefty but I was trained like everyone else, left side forward. So I've got a kinda JKD-powerside-forward thing. I prefer striking with my left side.
