and i was brought up speaking both cantonese and english and i don't have any accent in either...

i'd understand if you have an accent on your english but this is just silly.

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

some old clever guy once said that "kung fu is nothing but dancing without Qi" now i belive that most of the kung fu systems use their more advanced techniques that involve Qi. and a lot of very practical attacks and defences inamongst them. actually what im saying isnt going anywere as the guy that started this thred has obviously see karate kid and decided that he rules.

good luck. and find a school.

no offence ment. Henry

Isn't that what he's been trying to say? That he speaks English with a Thai

accent? Why is that so difficult to accept? Some people speak more like

their parents than their peers, that's all.

Beacuse the genes that control skin colour and facial characteristics don't

simply mix together to produce a baby that is 'in the middle'. If a black

man and a white woman have a child, that child may be white. Or it may

be black. Or some other shade of skin colour.

As far as the thread topic goes, I agree with the posters suggesting you

look for a more effective art. If you want something you can use to defend

yourself--and quickly--you might consider Muay Thai.

Good luck in finding something.
