Hey, I didn't come to post for a while cause I was busy training. I stoped training in martial arts for a while and picked up on weight work and endurence. Man, I feel different, before I can't even run 2 miles with out stoping now I can run 4 miles non stop in a sprint pace. Perrty good gain huh? :lol: Ok, now I will go back to punching and kicking because I feel that I am in a great physcial shape (well better then befor at leat lol) I got to go get some catching up to do.
