Karate strikes with the hand, and rambleing.

So yeah, i have not been at karate for awhile. Went today, enjoyed my self like allways. Got the punching bag dummer bit and sparing with the sensi, who kicked my butt. Which i don;t mind its all learning. Anyone else like that?

 

But yeah he was showing loads of diffrent hand strike's, i was wondering about how many diffrent hand strikes does everyone know. Maybe a talk about thier use's and effectiveness? Just sounded diffrent and i was glad i went back to training.

 

Anyone ever get that kind of nervousness before a class for no real reason. Cos i allways do, get it even more at gradeings. But sometimes it make me make excuses not to go to karate.

 

Anyway i am off friday doing renactment battle intill monday, so if i can reply i will. Night all.

Thats really usefull cheers, is there anywhere on that how they are used me in depth?

I wish I knew Japenese. I would call out the name of the moves as I did them. In sparring I recently started using (outside knife hand strike+inverted inside knife hand+ridge hand) works well in an open stance
