Differences between Shotokan, and Kyokushinkai Karate?

and SHOTOKAN HAS NO CONNECTION TO KYOKUSHIN! the techniques are the same as in every style... as I said, a punch is a punch in any karate style! And even oyama said that shotokan was no good and switched to Goju-ryu! So we can say that the essence of Kyokushin is traditional Goju-ryu...

 

Yes, i'm agree. I have two books of Mas Oyama's Karate in which you can see his training methods and most of them comes from goju ryu karate. The Shotokan portion of Kyokushin is on the beginning stages and in the Katas. On Advanced stages, its mostly Goju ryu mixed with Thai Boxing, Judo, etc...
