Because, if not, just smacking the bag without technique and feedback from others is not going to get you very far. Practise is the Key Posted August 28, 2003 Share Posted August 28, 2003 Whoa, hi sorry for my spelling ^_^ am just excited about the new gym open in my arean a karate dojo which will be big it can fit 100 students with heavy bag sway bag weight lifting yeah hoooo!!!! ^_$ I am still training however, having dabbled in Shotokan and Shotokai Karate.
