Tibby Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 Anyone else here train in a backwoods school in the Middle of Nowhere? You know, the kind of the hardcore Sensei. No fancy colors or a colorful studio, just a good old building to train in, and a lot of blood and guts!
G95champ Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 Son Im in the Coal Fields of West By God Virginia so what do you think. LOL. Na I love it hear and will never leave but yeah were up in the mountians far away from the big city LOL (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
monkeygirl Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 Even though my location SAYS I'm in the "Middle-of-Nowhere" my old Sensei wasn't like that He was pretty laid back. Our dojo was colorful...red white and blue painted everywhere whenever the Sensei got bored. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
Tibby Posted August 14, 2003 Author Posted August 14, 2003 We have plenty of guys working at sawmills at my school. lol, G95champ, I'd put my lumberjack up against your Coal Miners any day!!!!! monkeygirl- sounds like in interesting Dojo, lol. My Sensei goofs off a lot, but he is hardcore with the training!
