Red J Posted September 2, 2003 Share Posted September 2, 2003 Remember to start slowly and a good rule of thumb is to increase your mileage no more than 10% a week. Good tip: Short runs on the weekdays, long endurance run on the weekend. Plenty of rest between runs and don't forget to hydrate. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
