Black Dragon Posted August 5, 2003 Author Posted August 5, 2003 Awfully vague there Kirves, dont want me to know your secrets? So recognize or be hospitalized Cuz literally on a scale from one to ten I'm 25.
TJS Posted August 5, 2003 Posted August 5, 2003 Sprawl=shoot your legs back and put your weight down on your incomming shooter. from there I would try and force their head down and unbalance them. fromt there you can follow up with any variety of techniques.

AndrewGreen Posted August 6, 2003 Posted August 6, 2003 Learn to sprawl is your best bet. Hips back, legs out, arms down between you. If they catch keep there head down, get your leg free. If your going back try to land a choke or pull guard and sweep. Andrew Greenhttp://innovativema.ca - All the top martial arts news!
Kirves Posted August 6, 2003 Posted August 6, 2003 Awfully vague there Kirves, dont want me to know your secrets? Ha! I told you what to do. If you don't know what a sprawl is then you'll find it out easily by simple googleing. After the sprawl, it is hard to give an exact technique to do, as it varies according to how you and your opponent are aligned and what he does. Guillotine is a common move, as well as taking hold of his upper body by hugging him from neck and under one armpit.. But you really should get instruction in some form, now that you know what to look/ask for.
sansoouser Posted August 6, 2003 Posted August 6, 2003 if he has your leg or legs and is trying to lift you, lean forward and straighten your legs then pound away at his head or whatever. The amateur shoots his hands out ferociously, but lacks any true power. A master is not so flamboyant, but his touch is as heavy as a mountain.
wrestlingkaratechamp Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 sansooser is right, thats what I would do
