Hey there, I don't know how long this board has been running for, but anyway I can assure you that I am the newest member, and probably the youngest too at 14. Anyway, I've been studying Tae Kwon-Do for just 4-5 months, with no training in other Martial Arts. Just wanted to say hi really, and that I'll be frequenting this here forum more often in the future

ciao

well jack, i enjoy the palgwe forms (poomse) also because of all the basic stances and techniques it stresses.

the theme of the palgwe poomses center around the mutuality of opposing concepts in the universe which are constantly, changing, developing, and combining. moreover, that the sky and earth, man and woman, good and bad, and so on,all meet and depart according to the constant rule of change and cooperation, conflict and harmony. all of which create and maintain the balance of the universe.

just a little information for you.

one of my personal favorites is the palgwe poomse pal jang.
