aznkarateboi Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 You're lying. I don't think its possible to do 400 pushups.
Radok Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 Not possible to do 400 pushups, you're joking, I hope. Lot's of people do that kinda thing. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point. Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
whynot Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 It is possible to do 400 push-ups at once. Obviously it would take some time to get to that point, but it can be done. I think that the world record is over 1000.
btroadman Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 In case anyone is interested in world records for pushups, this page might be interesting, says over 10,000 in one sitting from a japanese guy in 1980. Other records there too. http://www.recordholders.org/en/list/pushups.html BJJ - Blue BeltTaeKwonDo - Brown BeltKrav MagaKickboxing
chrismann Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Syo, You also said you do bodybuilding 3 times per week. That routine you just quoted is not really a mass building routine as there are far too many reps, so on top of this do you also have a separate weight training programme?
