First and fore-most, I train for self-defense. Secondly, probably for health and fitness. Since I enjoy those first two things, that adds the aspect of fun.

all of the above u know? but its more fitness (thats what i voted for) than everything else and fun follows close behind. i couldnt imagine to miss one of these.

i do it for fun,to stay in shape,for self defense,for self control,to get out of the house and its always been a goal of mine to get the black belt and while i dont have it yet im getting there
