WC-Strayder
In no particular order: 1. Shotgun 2. Howbitzer 3. A bomb 4. Cruise missile 5. don't be there the trouble is at all 6. 100 pals lined up behind you 7. bullit proff vest 8. bow and arrow 9. an F-14 Tomcat 10. AH-64 Apache D type "Longbow" helicopter Just kidding off cause, coz this means war, not self defence. I agree totally with aznkarateboi, but agrees a little more with TJS, coz he had some more great stuff added on the list... Sun, fun and nothing to doooo...... having a blast..... If the first lesson was a failure, then you know that skydiving isn't for you!
martialartist1
bullshit! the best self defense is Jeet Kune Do, the style bruce lee founded, created and developed. all the rest are crap, no one in all time will ever beat bruce lee's Jeet Kune Do style. JKD was and still is the ultimate martial art style that bruce lee used, and no other martial artist will ever match. and thats why they always say countless times, that bruce lee was way ahead of his time! G95champ
1. Be ready 2. Don't be in places you should not be 3. Don't hang out with bad people 4. Don't Drink 5. Don't Use Durgs 6. Don't insult strangers 7. Don't cheat or you girlfriend 8. Don't let your pride make you do dumb things 9. LOL at yourself 10. Be Respectful Hows that. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."

Warp Spider
Based on my experience with other arts, (which is somewhat limited) I'd have to say: (only mine are in order) 1) Paladin - A can of butt-kick in the name of God! Fwahaha! 2) Muay Thai 3) Pankration 4) Boxing/Kickboxing 5) Brawling 6) Jeet Kune Do 7) Brick/Chair/Bottle/Object Hurling This style has no name. But it works. 9) Shotokan 10) Krav Maga Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
aznkarateboi
Warp Spider, brawling definently should not be on the list... its not even a fighting style. Hmmm let me guess martialartist1, you do JKD?
sansoouser
1. Judo 2. San Soo 3. Wing Chun 4. Krav Maga 5. Boxing 6. Kick boxing 7. Shaolin 8. Wrestling 9. Catch as catch can 10. Running or sprinting You should learn a sport martial art before a real one. You learn to be tough and make a friend of pain. Not just going slow mo and hoping they do a move. Then after you can take a hit and give one you are ready for more styles. The amateur shoots his hands out ferociously, but lacks any true power. A master is not so flamboyant, but his touch is as heavy as a mountain.
SBN Doug
Someone made a similar thread a while back, but it was for some reason closed. It was closed because members started insulting each other and other styles. As long as this one doesn't, it will stay open. Kuk Sool Won - 4th danEvil triumphs when good men do nothing.
