StoneSkin
Im a short fighter and fairly stocky 5'4 190lbs im in good shape ive been weightlifting for a number of years. I was just wondering what sorts of profesional fouls there were in boxing? Which professional fouls would be good for me to practice and train ? Also which professional fouls should I train to defend myself against ? I know they are illegal and most would consider them dirty but they do happen. cross
Hi, not all of these are professional fouls but they are some effective techniques for hurting opponents... 1. Shots below the belt i.e. groin. 2. Shots to kidney. 3. Shots to throat, neck, back of head. 4. Shots with open hands i.e. palm heal strikes. 5. Kicks to knee cap, groin. 6. Finger strikes to eye. and then there are the techniques that are real dirty and often concidered to be "cat-fight" techniques.... 1. bites , scratching, spitting for distraction, hair pulling etc..... the list is huge... but if you are interested in martial arts take lessons, read lots and absorb everything you can...
