TKD_McGee Posted October 13, 2001 Posted October 13, 2001 Yea Bloodsport is a definate classic, the best movie I have seen in awhile would have to be "Legend of the Drunken Master", Even though it has a horrible script, there are two long fight scenes which make up for it. The guy at the end is awesome. Also Jackie Chan got 2nd Degree burns on his hands from his fall into the coals. Do unto others, as they done to you.
Jack Posted October 19, 2001 Posted October 19, 2001 My all time favourite has to be Enter the Dragon unfortunately I did not get to see an awful lot of Martial arts movies, but Kickboxer is good, as are the Rush Hours and the Game of death [ This Message was edited by: Jack on 2001-10-19 05:14 ] JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com

Dragon Warrior Posted December 1, 2001 Posted December 1, 2001 Me to Jack, although Way of the Dragon does have the best fight scene with Bruce and Chuck Norris. Both are great and highly recommended. The less effort, the faster and more powerful you will be ~ Bruce Lee
Joecooke007 Posted December 24, 2001 Posted December 24, 2001 Bruce lee's Enter the Dragon Boards don't hit back. -Bruce Lee
YODA Posted March 19, 2002 Posted March 19, 2002 Let's dig this one up... Anyone remember "The Yakuza" with Robert Michum & Ken Takakura? Great movie and great insights into "things Japanese". How about Red Sun staring good ol' Charles Bronson alongside the great Toshiro Mifune & Ursula Andres!!!! Yeah, I know, I'm showing my age YODA2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima https://www.docepares.co.ukQualified Instructor : JKD Concepts https://www.jkdc.co.ukQualified Fitness Instructor (Weights, CV, Circuit, Kinesiology)
OldRookie Posted March 26, 2002 Posted March 26, 2002 I have recently started buying Bruce Lee's films when I can find them on DVD. Of course Enter the Dragon is at the top of my list, and if you can get past the horrible voice dubbing-The Chinese Connection has great fight scenes. *1st Dan Oct 2004*"Progress lies not enhancing what is, but in advancing toward what will be.""It is better to deserve honors and not have them than to have them and not deserve them."
