You can't just lift weights and suddenly be better at breaking.

Tell that to The Strong man competitors, the Power team/Team Extreme, and other such strength Athletes! You can’t spend a day doing barbell curls and break 5 blocks of ice, no, but with discipline and dedication, you can develop the strength to be an GREAT breaker!

Breaking is simply body mechanics.

granmasterchen no offense but strongmen already know how to breath properly when they do feats of strength and thats all Chi is breathing.

Chi is not some mystical force, if it was then why do powerlifters dominate the bench press, and not Chi masters ?

then you have the control of adrenaline(mothers ripping off car doors to save their children)

actually it is a large flow of estrogen that makes super moms

a 90 lbs weakling can use chi/ki to break some stuff up with no problem, it is all about learning how to do it

a 90lbs weakling can break lots of stuff without using mystical energy

a person with no skill or muscle can generate alot with adrenaline alone, yet this is hard to control for individuals with no knowledge of it, and is also a rare occurance

actually a person with adrenal glands will have no problem making adrenaline. Everyone has had the fight or flight syndrome which is the adrenal reaction. Lucky for us we dont need to control it as it is self regulating, when the fight or flight syndrom is over the body releases nor adrenaline which helps calm us down.

muscle alone can get you alot because it is always there and you know how to use it from the day you're born

Ive never heard of a human child being able to walk from birth. Ive never heard of a human child that had full control over there bladder and rectum from birth.

i feel there is more than one area

Breaking is just a trick. There's a technique to it, and it has little to do with strength, and nothing to do with Chi. Little kids can break a pile of cinder blocks, it doesn't make them strong, and it doesn't mean they can hit hard, using Chi or not. Even with all the andrenaline and chi in the world, little kids are still panty-waists.

Enlighten us, oh wise one, as to what this technique is that is used to break. If there is a way of break that allows 5 year olds girls to break, I’m going to quite college and go on the road! If it is so little to do with strength, and nothing to do with Chi, then please tell me what the secret that only you seem to know is, so I can stop wasting my time at the gym, and become a championship Strongman!

I don't know the technique because I have never trained in it. However, I have seen numerous kids do it. However, like I said, breaking things doesn't make you strong. (though strongmen can break things with less refined techniques) So if you learned to break it wouldn't make you much of a strong man. Breaking boards/bricks/cinder blocks is all flash, and is not related to a persons capability to break other things that are of a more complex composition. After all, a cinder block is a lot stronger than most people, why do you think we don't see people getting snapped in two in no-holds-barred tournaments?

Because the cinder blockand a bricks and huncks of ice and board are hard, the human body is plyable. When using a sword in Re nFaries, they say an thick rope hung at one in and lose at the other gives the resitance of a human body. I'd like to see a master Breakers try and slam that in to. If they just set the cinder block lose, and let the guy go at it on the floor, he might end up playing soccer with is all day. The wood they use in board breaking, they make sure to dry it out! The reason humans don't get ripped in to is because they move around to much. Why is it when you hit someone i nthe jaw, and you hit a brick, but a full force, your fist takes more damage on the brick? The human body was make to take things, and move and adjust to it. We are like a wet board, a whip, we most when get hit. The brick doesn't. So, what force isn'ts used to smash the human jaw, move the humans head, but what force isn't used to smash the brike is used to smash your fist! THAT is why people don't get snapped in two.

So your implication then is that if a person were to place their lower leg on supports so it was flat like a board and couldn't move away, that a 7-year old kid could not only snap it in two with a single strike, but could do so with several legs piled on top of each other? Even a "master breaker" likely couldn't break a thick rope even if it was dryer than the sahara and helt taut by titanium clamps. The composition of bricks, cinder blocks, and boards makes them highly resistant to wear, but weak against attempts to separate them.
