Rich Posted June 29, 2003 Posted June 29, 2003 Soft, fairly thick rope wrapped around a tree. Possible to do in brazil I'd guess? Regards Rich
Kirves Posted June 29, 2003 Posted June 29, 2003 Make sure it's natural rope (like hemp or wool) instead of plastic.
niel0092 Posted June 30, 2003 Posted June 30, 2003 I'd make sure your wall is more than just dry wall so you dont put holes in it. land lords tend to frown on holes in the wall... "Jita Kyoei" Mutual Benefit and Welfare
granmasterchen Posted June 30, 2003 Posted June 30, 2003 i would punch your walls unless you are prepared to punch holes in the wall, get a sand bag in a burlap sack and some rope, then find a tree near the house and use a makeshift punching bag out of it, but go ahead and puch walls, i do it all the time, yet try to punch the concrete, it is harder, it is embarrasing if you a punch a hole in the wall, the wife may get upset! BudoKaiMéxico Posted July 7, 2003 Posted July 7, 2003 the heavy bag and the makiwara have a spring and this keep the injuries out, but the wall can´t move ...and I love my hands, arms, elbows & shoulders (u love urs?) Im open to learn & talk about any MA or Style (all are great)
