sansoouser Posted June 27, 2003 Posted June 27, 2003 Tell me what you know about San Soo and your opinion on its effectivness on the street. Thanks The amateur shoots his hands out ferociously, but lacks any true power. A master is not so flamboyant, but his touch is as heavy as a mountain.
quigley_321 Posted June 27, 2003 Posted June 27, 2003 San Soo was made for fighting, it has no rules or fair play. It teaches you to win a fight and nothing else, it shows you how to win at all cost, it doesn't take anything out it covers standing fighting to ground fighting kicks eye gouging biting you name it has it. This is a complete fighting art and is not for sport but for survival this is a fighting art.
Icetuete Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 does it include chokes, kicks to the gonads and weapon training?
broomhilda000 Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 from what i've seen it uses everything, inculuding chokes and arm bars, and they for some reason love hitting the groin on about every technique Be as a tranquil pool of water in the woods. Calm, collected, reflecting on its surface all that is around it. Make your own mind such a quiet mirror reflecting the mind of the opponent. Even as your partner's impulse to attack passes through his mind it should be reflected in you.The safest battle is the one that is never fought
stephen lee Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 the groin is of the MOST effective points of attack, and yet is commonly the MOST unprotected. the color of a belt, can be a false sence of accomplishment.
Treebranch Posted July 7, 2003 Posted July 7, 2003 San Soo rocks! "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
