JerryLove
I remember how I learned the forhead is the strongest part of your body. The heel of your foot is actually the surface which can take the most impact. https://www.clearsilat.com

sansoouser
I dunno about that I saw a guy shatter his heel when he was being carried by his friends ( a joke to ram his " privates " into a pull ) and he broke his leg free and hit the pavement oooo that sound still haunts me today!!! The amateur shoots his hands out ferociously, but lacks any true power. A master is not so flamboyant, but his touch is as heavy as a mountain. JerryLove
I agree, "wow". While the heel is not indestructable, typically from a fall I would expect the ankle to dislocate, then the shin to break... I don't think I've ever heard of the break actually happening at the heel before. https://www.clearsilat.com
Martial_Artist
Shatter heel? Did he fall from a building? Did he have a brittle bone disorder? I have to admit, I haven't heard of a heel shattering before. It would go as I think Jerry wrote it, ankle, shin, heck even knee before the heel. It would take some strange circumstances to elicit that result. Talk about strange luck--err, bad luck. granmasterchen
i agree with you guys that is odd to hear, and i agree with the hypothesis on the matter, also ankle, shin knee, and such, but the heel is hard like the elbow, each can smash things all day long, unless you got a disorder or some very terrible bad luck, ps dont try to do an elbow smash or heel thrust off of a three story building to try and crush your target...that is just asking for trouble... Treebranch
Kicking to the groin really freaks guys out. Kick to the groan, hammer blow to the nose, kick to the knee. These usually make people think twice about continuing the fight. They think to themselves " This guy's nuts" "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
