If you tie your belt too tight, then you will not feel uncomfortable, so just make it natural, it doesn't really matter how tight it is, cause after vigorous activities, you will found yourself having to tie your belt once again.
Zanejin Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 My belt also flies out after some vigorous training. It's completely natural. The most important thing is to tighten your belt on your pelvis' upper section, then tie the belt as tightly as possible so that you can breath properly and stretch well.
