Be as a tranquil pool of water in the woods. Calm, collected, reflecting on its surface all that is around it. Make your own mind such a quiet mirror reflecting the mind of the opponent. The idea is to destroy your attacker in the shortest time possible. I put up a link on another thread titled "San Soo not San Shou." Check out the clips you'll pretty much see what it's about.
