Sutton_uk Posted September 27, 2001 Author Share Posted September 27, 2001 Ok, im interested in tournemts and me and some friends often spar my friend he does kun-fu thingy hes quick but i learn his moves he uses more often. he likes kick but when kickng you only have one leg left to blance on :???: So over he goes at the moment im abit on the chunky side but not fat if you have any tips on losing weight but not to drastic and some exercises that require no fittness equpiment. Practice is the key _ Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 Make sure you don't tired yourself out never do fancy kicks thats hard to balance always keep your eyes on your oponent make suer when you kick quickly snap back, land a push kick then an axe kick to knock him out.
