it sounds like you're describing the kick that would could place into the middle of a backflip. Kinda like when a soccer player does a bike kick, but is able to land on their feet :D

 

I would imagine that first, you should be extremely proficient with a backflip, and have access to a foam pit for practice :)

Yeah thats the move! You've probably seen it on Street Fighter! I haven't got access to a foam pit or anything so is there another way to learn backflips???

is there a gymnastics class nearby? backflips aren't really something I would recommend trying to teach yourself! I can do one on a spring loaded floor, but that's it. I wouldn't even try a flash kick.

If i recall correctly, when you have Guile as your character, hold down for two seconds, then press up and kick at the same time. :lol:
