Hi everybody!

I am new around here and I want to ask a question:

Does anyone of you know a link to a website where I can watch music katas? I've seen some of them on Television and I liked it a lot.

Thank you very much

Music kata is a mix of karate techniques and gymnastics. you could call it freestyle karate. the karateka does some wild jumping and kicking and the whole stuff. his moves and his correography fit with a background music.

Most musical katas you see done in competition were created by the person peforming with help from their instructors.

The kind of music that is good w/ freestyle forms have consistant beats where you can identify that note and match a punch/strike/block along with it. Also, try to use something that a general audience would like and be more apt to enjoying your performance.
