Mark Weir's formal training appears to be in TKD, though he calls himself "self trained" and calls his style range fighting, so it isn't pure TKD.

Here is an article about him:

I found a couple others that had reference to their black belts in TKD, including Bas Rutten, but they all held belts, and/or training in other arts as well.

If I remember the participants correctly;

If your question is, has then been a high level, pure TKD, practicioner in UFC, then no.

If your question is, has then been someone with some amount of TKD training in the UFC, then yes.

There was a guy named Cal Worsham who competed in the early UFCs. His record is 5-7-0.http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/displayfighter.cfm?fighterid=113

Funny they list him as TKD when in their interview with him he lists his training as follows:

Sherdog: What diffrent disciplines do you train in.

Worsham: Taekwondo, Boxing, and lots of submission fighting since being accepted by Bob Shamrock and the Shamrock 2000 Team. I've been getting schooled on the ground down there by a couple of absolute studs, Val Ignatov and Steve Heath, between these two I will become a more complete fighter.

Has anyone seen Mark Weir fight? He is one of the UK's best TKD fighters.

I think he got the fastest knockout in the UFC. He threw a hook kick :o :o followed by a jab and knocked the guy clean out.

I agree with the comment above, I believe that it would be impossible to fight in one of those situations with only one style of training. One can be heavily influenced by a certain style, such as using a lot of kicking and relating that to TKD. However, no matter what style you train in, if you cage yourself in the confines of only using techniques your style allows you to throw, then you're going to be one bruised up fighter.

Has Tae Kwon Do ever competed in the UFC? if it has what was the outcome

Yeah, I got UFC 5 dvd n there was this guy who was a 5th Degree in TKD. Got his arse kicked by some guy who did SAFTA or something. All this guy did was go upto him and repeatedly punched n elbowed him n the TKD guy didn't have a chance. Man that match was funny...he got pummeled :D
