Guest Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 Well hello! Im in a bit oof a mood coz i kicked my bro in a fit of rage now my mum wont let me start karate classes!i need cheerin upu coz i bin lookin forward to startin (today) for years now.... so cheers me up...i need it!
karate_woman Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 I can't cheer you up at this point because I see your Mom's perspective. You can't be going around kicking people whether you take a martial art or not - and most martial arts instructors will stop training you if they hear you've used what you've learned in class in a situation outside of the dojo (unless it was a VERY serious situation warranting its use). The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. -Lao-Tse
SaiFightsMS Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 Many people learn self control during the process of their training. However many do not think it a good idea to train those who allready do things that might be construed as bullying. Brothers can be a royal pain. But it is still not a good idea to kick them.
a_modern_production Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 words can't always get the point across... sometimes actions are needed... maybe your brother deserved it.

Maybe your mom shouldn't let you take martial arts either ! "A Black Belt is only the beginning."Heidi-A student of the artsTae Kwon Do,Shotokan,Ju Jitsu,Modern Arnishttp://the100info.tumblr.com/
G95champ Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 Say your sorry and tell your mom I will take any punishment you got for me but please don't make me take that karate class. LOL.
