i have weight lifted for 2 years and iv done karate for almost the whole time i weight lifted and it has not effected my flexibility or speed. if you are stronger your techniques are stronger.

Ok, I'll be the oddball willing to reply...No, I don't train at home at all and I am happy with my progress thus far. I go 2-3 times a week for 2 hours each time.
