Angus Posted September 23, 2001 Posted September 23, 2001 'sup peepholes? I learned a fascinating technique from my wushu days that seems to have quite an effect. With a low guard and a square stance i am able to twist my hips and use all of my body power to shoot out a lightening fast side/backfist to the head... Now, this would break someone's nose if it hit properly, and the sheer F=MA (force = mass x accelleration) would put a great deal of power in it (as it uses both muscle strength and speed) but i reckon it would be more suited to *stun* an assailant and set up a lock or something... For example u give them a quick smack in the nose (thus making their eyes water) and set up an armbar or something... What do u peepholes reckon? Angus Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.
kajugangsta Posted September 23, 2001 Posted September 23, 2001 if that technique is powerful than use it to just drop your opponent instead of stunning them. You dont want to fight any longer than you have to.
