Intestines *oomph* full *oomph*

Today I had the not terribly pleasent time of training while my intestines were full. Taking hits hurts more and, exertion with a full stomach caused a hernia not long ago. I am wondering what sort timing I should aim my meals for to avoid this problem.

haha, I have experience this problem. Not nice!

 

Most people leave about two hours before they go to training.

 

A tip though; bananas, bananas, bananas! My trainer's explained why this is, but I can't remember; all I remember is that you can eat one half way through training and not have a problem.
