Synaesthesia Posted June 5, 2003 Posted June 5, 2003 Today I had the not terribly pleasent time of training while my intestines were full. Taking hits hurts more and, exertion with a full stomach caused a hernia not long ago. I am wondering what sort timing I should aim my meals for to avoid this problem.
Fenris-wolf Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 haha, I have experience this problem. Not nice! Most people leave about two hours before they go to training. A tip though; bananas, bananas, bananas! My trainer's explained why this is, but I can't remember; all I remember is that you can eat one half way through training and not have a problem. Hope that helps! Let Us Turn The Jump Rope In Accord With Socialist Principles!
Blammo Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 I'm going to take that banana thing into consideration. I've been through practice with a full stomach twice because I was in such a rush. Not fun at all.
unknown Posted June 29, 2003 Posted June 29, 2003 just eat something really light before you train if you are in a rush. like fruit or some juice.
