How does this circuit work? Is it an open tourny or does it have qualifications? What are it's rules, and does it have prize money or a grading system? Thanx

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

As far as I know, they are an open circuit. I don't even think you have to be a NASKA member to compete in NASKA tournaments, though they use the ratings to "seed" the divisions in the higher rated tournaments.
