Drunken Monkey Posted June 1, 2003 Posted June 1, 2003 we don't have a uniform and just turn up in appropiate clothing i.e loose post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
rb Posted June 3, 2003 Posted June 3, 2003 I also don't have a set uniform. We just wear a white shirt, sweats and runners. Occasionally a person comes down to the club that has background in demonstration arts like modern wushu or more aerial versions of karate and tkd. They insist on wearing their nice uniforms on the first day which promptly get dirty or destroyed when we go into hard grappling.
Stold Posted June 3, 2003 Posted June 3, 2003 I like the uniforms, but I prefer to not use one, especially when practicing WC. Just no shirt with black pants.
Treebranch Posted June 6, 2003 Posted June 6, 2003 I don't study Aikido, but I love the Hakama pants. "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
