Looking for sparring classes in NYC

I'm travelling America for a few months from the UK and wanted to keep up with the sparring. I'm looking for recommendations on classes in Manhatten where I can do not so much patterns and karate, but just the sparring.

you should check out the Vee Arnis Jitsu school in manhattan. they dont do karate there but they do spar in their classes that they have. check out their site or give them a call at 212.349.3131.
