Just a little note, as Havoc said before, there's not much difference between kickboxing, thai boxing, full contact, etc...

 

Basically, it's more or less only the rules that change:

 

In kickboxing, punches have to be above the waist but kicks can be aimed at the thighs.

 

The style which doesn't allow kicks to the legs is full-contact. However, many kicboxing clubs use full-contact rules.

 

Thai boxing on the other hand involves everything, knees, elbows, low kicks, etc...
