WU TANG CLAN Posted May 23, 2003 Posted May 23, 2003 Does anyone out there know anything about the four Martial Arts involved in the post? I know that Kenpo boast a lot of quick fast hand/elbow strikes and Kajukembo boast the combined styles of Kenpo,Chinese Boxing, Western Boxing & Judo/Ju Juitsu and Krav Maga Boast being a highly Lethal Isreali Army style of hand to hand combat. Hapkido has joint locks ,throws, takedowns, hand/elbow strikes, low kicks/high kicks, foot sweeps & throws which prepare it's practioners for combat standing up or on the ground. I'd just like to hear from people knowlegeable on the subject of all four as stated above. Thanks. Don't worry your pretty little head young lady,I gotta black belt in Chop sockey, Kop Kee Do & Dairy Doo! I can hanel a 20 British Marines & a hunn ed cooks. -hic-burrp! Bartender?........
TJS Posted May 23, 2003 Posted May 23, 2003 all simimilar but pretty diffrent really. Krav Maga would be the most likely to succed in streessful situation imo.
WU TANG CLAN Posted May 23, 2003 Author Posted May 23, 2003 Thanks for your reply TJS, I 've been training in Hapkido on & off for five years now (Brown Belt) I have also worked as a bouncer at different clubs and Hapkido has come in very handy for me on several occasions. I've had to deal with some intoxicated idiots in various sizes with different levels of fight skills and have managed to come out on top. I have only seen KM on a Discovery Channell special on MA's & I've sparred with some freinds in Inglewood CA @ Rick Kingi's Kajukembo. Those guys are pretty squared away. But still I'd like to hear more from you all out there. TJS thanks again. Don't worry your pretty little head young lady,I gotta black belt in Chop sockey, Kop Kee Do & Dairy Doo!
