You've been training a month, you're getting in shape, you're horny. When you train your body you develop a better body awareness. You know what you did, when you did it when you feel a pain or ache. Usually Ki is a term used to explain energy, I believe that what you are experiencing is in the realm of explainable physical dimensions. Stop Thinking about Ki and Just ask her out.
