SaiFightsMS
Practice. It takes a lot of repitions. You didn't say how long you had been training. But for all of us our speed and power improves with repition.
wcnavstar
Through relaxation and stillness, you will develop explosive power. Through slow movments and emptiness, you will develop speed. When you cannot do the movements correctly slow then how can you expcet your body to do them fast. Keep up the hard practices. Yet, keep in mind to stay relaxed and take your movments slowly and do them often. Dragon
Well i dont really go for speed on my punches because im not going to fight and punch 20 times. But slow your techniques and build up your arms muscle. Leave your arms out straight in front of you for absolutely ages. That might help. http://www.austers.co.ukOne must be like all changes of state.Solid - Tough and strong!Liquid - Relaxed and make your techniques flow!Gas - Fast! WhiteBelt
It's not always speed that you need. Speed is great but you need reflexes too. Ultimately you want experience, so you're not relying on your body so much...
