Faunus Posted May 20, 2003 Posted May 20, 2003 I use this kick alot when I fight, I'd say that the biggest factor is flexablity, try streching for 20-30 minutes every day, or kicking a bag 20-30 minutes every day. Head Kick....

pcam16 Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 I can kick over my head and i've got great technique but i'm not flexible! I can't do the splits or anything but i can do great kicks!
