kicking to the head

I use this kick alot when I fight, I'd say that the biggest factor is flexablity, try streching for 20-30 minutes every day, or kicking a bag 20-30 minutes every day.

I can kick over my head and i've got great technique but i'm not flexible! I can't do the splits or anything but i can do great kicks! We just use the floor to roof speedballs and gradually put them higher and our kicks get higher!!! :)
