He didn't bother the girls again !!! It kind of hard to get into with someone swinging, also how did you avoid being pulled down too. Mind, body and fist. Its all a man truly needs. Shorin Ryuu Posted July 23, 2003 Share Posted July 23, 2003 We work throws or take downs into sparring. We also do them separately if we are focusing on a particular technique. I must say that we emphasize grappling (tuite) more than just throwing them. By this i mean controlling the opponent, either by joint locks, pressure points, taking them down to the ground, etc., you get the picture.
