chuck_girl Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 I have a graphite bo, and I like it's light flexibility, however, I have never used any of the other kinds, and would like some opinions on which are good to use.
KaratekaAikidoist Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 I've heard wood is good (that rhymes, lol) Make sure you don't get a "toothpick" bo because these people go to tournaments with a bo thats really thin and don't get the feel of the weapon.
