Red J Posted May 13, 2003 Posted May 13, 2003 I agree with the others on improving your endurance with running or aerobic exercise. One thing that I would add is when you are sparring don't forget to breathe. It may sound silly but it does happen. Good point, not breathing properly can have a drastic affect on your ability to spar. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
