Sprint training is a good idea too, since much sparring is anaerobic training.

I agree with the others on improving your endurance with running or aerobic exercise. One thing that I would add is when you are sparring don't forget to breathe. It may sound silly but it does happen.

 

Good point, not breathing properly can have a drastic affect on your ability to spar.

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
