monkeygirl
Once I've stretched out for a bit, I can do splits. It depends on how tight/sore I am. Three years ago, I used to be able to do a split, cold (no stretching beforehand). Since then, I started MA and built some muscle. My joints aren't so loosey-goosey anymore 1st dan & Asst. Faunus
I try and stay very flexible since my sparring style revolves around kicks, kicks and more kicks. (Not a good thing, gotta work on that..) I strech 20 minutes every day, and yes, I can do the splits Head Kick....
karatekid1975
I can't do side splits yet (for side kick flexibility)..... gggrrrrrr. I'm still working on those. I have six inches to go. That's when it gets tough, I heard ( the last few inches). Laurie F
