Just asking if anyone that is in the boxing game had some advice from their coaches on what a healthy diet is for energy and so on so your workouts are more sussesful and maintaining energy while in the ring.

Well the basic diet I have always fallowed is about a week or two before a match cut caffene to a minimum, that way your not logy. Next kinda go by your build. You definantly need alot of carbs tho to help keep your body fuctioning but don't neglect your Protean. As usaual drink lots of water, if you can buy some lemons and toss em in a jug or something with the water. Besides giving it a good taste lemons help flush your system, wich is specialy good to help get that last bit of Caffeine out. Well thats what I do, I mix boxing and kickboxing dietys up a bit. Tell me if it helps some. :D

My Nutrition is Simple.

 

Ok i train 3 day per week in bodybuilding, and

 

5 day per week Muay thai & BJJ.

 

My Diet, Look Like This.

 

#1: 1 Cup of Oatmeal, 6 white egg, banana, juice

 

#2: 1 Cup Rice with vapor veggies, 1 apple

 

#3: Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Big Salad

 

#4: 2 Energy Bar, Orange

 

#5: Chicken Breast, potatoes, Vapor Veggies, apple

 

#6: 1 Cup of Oatmeal

 

2-3L of water per days. No Fat, i prepare any aliment with different Spice, veggies.. e.t.c.. to create change.

 

This diet, is not really a Diet, it's simple the good way to eat. No Fat, No desert... You lose the fat, but with the highprotein of the egg, oatmeal.. e.t.c.

 

you gain some muscle mass, and energy.
