I train for keeping me in shape and the competition, i also train to make new friends and socialize with other people, I train to build confidence and power , for speed and agility i do martial arts to build myself up as well as build others up, to expand my knowledge. I train under Shotokan Karate.

Link didn't work for me, Patrick. Anyways, I got into MA for self defense. I was doing security at the time. I needed ways to protect myself. I'm still in it for self defense, but I also like kicking a lot, breaking and forms. It also helped me with my low self esteem, lack of confidence, and lack of self control.
