Students were selected based on character and performance in class. Role models in the lower rank classes was a tremendous help to students and instructors alike! IAMA_chick Posted May 3, 2003 Author Share Posted May 3, 2003 cool, cool. i think any kind of team weather it be STORM, SWAT, or whatever else that they are assets to a MA school. and thursday i got to help my instructor with the early(childrens) class and it was my first time. i loved it and i got instructor time! It's a way of bringing in the higher kyu ranks and providing them an extra level of instruction on how to educate a class. They learn how to properly run a class without the Head instructor being on the floor at all times. Primarily for brown belts. As for everyone else, they are expected to help others when they can.
