have aby of you guys ever trained in water?? i have i go down to the lake by my house in a old gi and belt and train in water about shoulder high. I like it beacuse of the natural resistance it is hard but very effective, you really learn balance, punches are harder and faster and same for you kicks also

I love to body surf so that's a thought. I never have, but I'll give anything a try once :D Well almost anything :D

:D Yes Laurie, you better clear THAT statement :D

Training in water is a different experience. For those of us who are not exactly as mobile as others it is a good place to experiment with new kicking techniques.

Not as regular training, but I have once in a while. I do like the resistance, especially for speed training.

Ooops. That was a little confusing, wasn't it Sub LOL. I tried to say that I love body surfing, but I never worked out (forms, kicks and stuff) in the water. It's worth a try, though.

Better, Sub? :brow:
