The_Ryno Posted April 9, 2003 Posted April 9, 2003 What's up everyone. I just found the site tonight, and sofar, I love what I see. Seems like almost everyone is making an effort to genuinely assist their peers. I hope I can be of assistance as well. If anyone needs nutritional advice, or tips on general training, I'm your guy. Until next time... The Ryno has left the building. "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."
