ahgao
Blind-fold sets start off with normal eye to eye & hand to hand contact. Get the things ready (this is the most simple form of practise) 1) both (you & your partner) sits within a striking distance 2) right hand inter-cross on the back wrist with the left palm touching on his right elbow 3) both can start off by trying to push the other off their original sitting position This practise concentrate on listerning to the opponents movements cause both your hand are in contact. In chinese wushu terms "Ting Jing". If you practise everyday for 2 hours, within a year, you can go for the blindfold with the same routine. granmasterchen
i just threw on the blind fold and listened to movements around me, had class members attack me and sparred with my wife.....but i guess that is the wrong way to go about it...... That which does not destroy me will only make me stronger
