Kaju_influenced Posted April 9, 2003 Posted April 9, 2003 Adrenaline is a natural reaction by our body increasing blood flow ect... it basicaly prepares us to run or to defend ourselfs like and animal would do however ur adrenaline can sometimes get the better of u causing u to make rash decisions especially in afight. I suggest u concentrate on calm of mind then adrenaline IMO i have found it to be much more practical in a real situation. "Sweat more in the dojo,bleed less in the street"Kajukenbo fighters axiom.
